Here are a few important dates for our Fall Athletes and Families.
Wednesday July 31st all middle school cross country, softball and baseball players should have their FinalForms updated and physical forms uploaded.
Also on Wednesday July 31st all-sport passes will go on sale in the athletic office.
$300 for a family all-sports pass
$175 for an adult all-sports pass
$75 for a senior citizen all-sports pass (65 or older living out of township)
$25 for a student all-sports pass!
Checks may be made out to Washington Township School or cash is accepted, no credit or debit card purchases.
Monday, August 5th is the first official date for high school practices. (Girls Volleyball, Boys and Girls Soccer, Co-ed Cross Country). Athletes will not be eligible to participate until their FinalForms and physicals are uploaded and up to date. Eight practices are mandatory prior to participating in their first competition.
Tuesday, August 6th will be our parent meeting for all athletes (Fall, Winter and Spring) beginning at 6pm in the middle/high school cafeteria. We will have a sign-up for volunteers to assist the athletic department this year, go over parent and student athlete expectations and All-Sports passes will be made available for purchase this evening as well.
Each coach will have their own parent meeting prior to their season to review items discussed on August 6th and explain rules and expectations for their individual teams on a different time or date

All parents of Senator Athletes in grades 6-12 are invited to attend a meet and greet with new Senator Athletic Director Jeri Mateer on Tuesday, August 6, at 6:00 pm in the WT Middle/High School Cafeteria. Athletic requirements, expectations, and volunteer opportunities will be topics of discussion. Athletic passes will be made available for purchase.

Washington Township Middle-High School new student / in-person registration for the 2024-25 school year will take place on Wednesday, July 31 from 12 -4 pm and from 6 to 8 pm.
Washington Township Middle-High School online registration for the 2024 -2025 school year will open on Monday, July 15 and close on Wednesday, July 24.
