The rankings take into account the number of students taking AP courses and receiving a certain score on the AP exam, student performance on statewide exams, and graduation rate among other metrics. This year they ranked over 25,000 schools. Washington Township M/HS ranked #19 in the state of Indiana (only Munster and Valparaiso ranked higher in NWI) and we ranked #1425 nationally. Both of those rankings put Washington Township in the top 5% in the state and nationally. Congratulations and job well done to students, teachers, and staff for all of your excellent work!
