IT'S A NEW TRACK RECORD....

Congratulations to the girls 4x100 meter relay team for breaking the Washington Township record of 52.2 seconds established in 1998 with a new time of 51.94 seconds. The new WT record holders are: Abby Hart, Rachel Frederick, Becca Martin, and Janet Meade! On You Senators!

Boys and Girls Varsity Track competed with Westville and Tri-Township and both teams came out on top. The highlight of the meet was the girls 4x100 meter race! The team of Abby Hart, Rachel Frederick, Janet Meade and Becca Martin broke the school record in a time of 51.94.

Congratulations to Team Senator for being named an IASP Overall Top Ten Champion in Class 4. Team Senator had the top score of all the schools in Class 4. This marks the 21st consecutive year Team Senator has been named an IASP Overall Top Ten school in Class 4! The WTMS Academic Team was the only public school named to the Top Ten in Class 4 as the other nine schools were parochial schools. ON YOU SENATORS!!

Congratulations to the WTMS Academic Teams for placing all five of its teams in the Top Ten in Class 4. The Math Team placed 7th in the state with a score of 13. Members of the Math Team included James Martin (captain), Paxton Ingram, and Roy Kutansky. The English Team placed 4th in the State with a score of 23. Members of the English Team included Luke Freyenberger (captain), Liam Swiatkowski, and Annabelle Drake. The Interdisciplinary Team placed as State Runner-Up to Lafayette Central Catholic with a tied score of 21 and losing on the first tie breaker. Member of the Interdisciplinary Team included Bronx Niloff (captain), Luke Freyenberger, James Martin, and Charlie Peters. The Social Studies Team placed as State Runner-Up with a score of 21. Members of the Social Studies Team included Bronx Niloff (captain), Patrick Kiec, and Levi Sexton. The Science Team was named State Champion for Class 4 and tied with Griffith Middle School for the top score in the State with all classes combined. This is Team Senator's 6th consecutive state Championship in Science and the 12th title overall which leads the state. Members of the Science Team include Charlie Peters (captain), Noah De La Rosa, and Porter Wilks. ON YOU SENATORS!!
