Washington Twp Middle/High School

The WTHS Academic Team qualified for the Class 4 State Interdisciplinary Competition at Purdue University on Saturday, May 4th. State Finalists in Interdisciplinary are determined by adding all of the scores from the Area contests in English, Fine Arts, Math, Science and Social Studies. WTHS placed third in Class 4 with a score of 80 correctly answered questions. Several WTHS Academic Teams were close in qualifying for state as the Social Studies Team placed 7th in the state (top 6 qualify), English Team placed 11th, Fine Arts placed 10th and the Science Team placed 13th.
