All parents/guardians are invited to the WTMHS Open House on Thursday, August 17 from 6:30-8:00pm. The Open House will be an opportunity for the parents to follow their child's schedule and meet in your classrooms each period for 9-10 minutes.  During this time you will be able to introduce yourself, outline your classroom expectations, share the exciting concepts and activities their children will be learning, and provide a means of contact for you.  This night is not intended for individual conferencing, that can be scheduled later if needed.  

MS Girls Volleyball open gyms are Monday and Wednesday from 3-5pm this week!

We are very excited to announce that the Washington Township Middle/High School Athletic Department has partnered with FinalForms, an online forms and data management service. FinalForms allows you to complete and sign athletic participation forms for your students. The most exciting news is that FinalForms saves data from season-to-season and year-to-year, meaning that you will never need to enter the same information twice! FinalForms also pre-populates information wherever possible, for each of your students, saving you time. You may review your data at any time to verify it is current. You will be required to sign your forms once per year and after any update. Click on the Parent Playbook (attached) to get started in FinalForms. If you require any support during the process, scroll to the page bottom and click “Use Support”. (THINK OF THIS AS SKYWARD FOR ATHLETICS) We are asking that ALL parents of athletes use FinalForms. Please register at: eastporter-in.finalforms.com and follow the prompts to create your account, create your students and sign your forms. A message from Coach Swann ⚽️ Hello! My name is Brandon Swann and I'm the coach of the boys high school soccer team. Working in collaboration with youth soccer coaches at Washington, we want to invite any and all middle school soccer players (boys and girls) to 'open fields'. Starting on July 11th from 6:15 to 7:15 pm on the soccer field behind the elementary school, coaches will organize drills and games for athletes. This will be a fun opportunity to practice and play soccer 🙂 We'll start warming up at 6:15 so have players there and ready. Additionally, players are required to wear shin guards. Please wear cleats if possible. Bringing water, gatorade, or other drinks is also a good idea. Depending on our availability, the plan is to host open fields each Tuesday and Thursday until August 3rd. All information will be communicated in our SportsYou channel which you can join by downloading the app and using our access code: CVZFXYE3. Do not hesitate to reach out with questions!
