Washington Township Middle School's Team Senator participated in the LaPorte Area Academic Superbowl on Saturday.
Team Senator came away with 4 subject area wins and a runner-up finish.
The English Team of Stephen Cannon, Karson Kish and Liam Swiatkowski went wire to wire to win a great score of 22 out of 25 and capture the crown in class 4
The Science Team of Addison Peres, Jacob Barker and Kirk Varnhagn blasted through the competition with a score of 22/25 to win both class 4 and the LaPorte Regional titles.
The Social Studies team of Addison Peres, Karson Kish and McKenna Bouchee started fast and finished strong with a score of 19 out of 25 to not only win Class 4, but the entire LaPorte Regional.
The Interdisciplinary Team of Addison Peres, Stephen Cannon, James Martin and Lily Kooy took the victory in Class 4 by defeating Kouts on the tiebreaker
